I grew up in Sebastian, Florida, and joined the United States Marine Corps a year after high school.
I served from 2014 until 2017 as a combat engineer with 8th ESB on Camp Lejeune. After being honorably discharged, I decided to pursue my dream of veterinary medicine and moved to Tennessee to attend Lincoln Memorial University. It was here that my professors solidified my love of exotics medicine, with a special interest in our reptile and amphibian friends.
My fiancée and I have 2 dogs, a shepherd mix named Reeps, a husky named Kai, and an orange cat named Samwich Von Loaf. In my free time I enjoy carpentry, computer or tabletop gaming, or playing with the dogs.
